We should not feel pride or sorrow over our surnames or titles, as they are temporary labels. In this life, I may be a Brahmin; in the next, I could be a Kshatriya. Today I am human; tomorrow, I could be a demon. In one life, I might be an animal, and in another, a divine being. Therefore, we should not cling to any particular identity or status. Instead, we should focus on embodying virtues like truth, austerity, compassion, charity, purity, love, devotion, and kindness. These qualities define us more deeply than any label or rank ever could. Dasya : To serve God with utmost devotion considering God as master and oneself as slave. Names and Surnames. On this earth, where names are born, A title given, love sworn or scorn, A mark of place, a seal to bind— A legacy we leave behind. Surnames rise like rugged peaks,...

Sin and Virtue & earning of sin and virtue.

Image
Sins & Virtue    Virtue, a light that lifts us high, A quiet grace beneath the sky. It guards our path, our dreams, our fate, And keeps us steady, strong, and straight. Sins weigh us down with stress and strain, Leaving marks, a darkened stain. But virtue heals, so pure and bright, Like summer rain in morning light. So pause and ponder, choose what’s right— The road of virtue, clear and bright, Or tempting vice that may entice— The choice is yours: virtue or vice. For in each choice, our soul will sway, And in our steps, our fate will lay. In balance held, the heart shall see The power of choice to set it free. English-and-Hindi version:- Virtue and Sin:   Any action, thought, or behavior that goes against divine law is considered a sin, while any action, thought, or behavior that aligns with divine law is regarded as a virtue. Virtue and sin are fundamental concepts that have significantly influenced human morality, behavior, and spirituality throughout history. A vi...

Brahmins and Trikal Sandhya (त्रिकाल संध्या)/(Three times Worship).

Image
Brahmin &  Sandhya The Brahmin stands, a sacred tree, Its roots enwrapped in mystery. The Sandhya, rooted firm below, Feeds life and strength that upward grow. From roots, the Vedic truths ascend, In branches spreading without end, And leaves, like duties we uphold, In ancient whispers, truths retold. Should Sandhya, source of life and prayer, Be left alone, deprived of care, The branches might still touch the skies, But soon would wither, fade, and die. Guard well the root, respect its place, Its quiet strength, its silent grace, For through its power, the branches rise, And leaves find purpose under skies. The renowned scriptures emphasize repeatedly.

"What should be the character of Brahmins?"

The Brahmin:- With peaceful heart and mind serene, A Brahmin walks, unseen, unseen. In self-control, he finds his way, And darkness fades before the day. Austere in life, content in soul, In purity, he finds his role. No wealth of gold or pride of name— Just virtue’s light, a steady flame. With tolerance he greets the world, Where anger's storms may yet be hurled. Honesty his shining guide, A beacon clear, he cannot hide. In knowledge deep, in wisdom's grace, He journeys on, a sacred space. Devotion pure, a light divine, To realms unseen his heart aligns. So walks he forth, the noble one, A path aglow, till day is done. In gentle ways, he shows us all, How high the spirit yet can call. ऋग्वेद मण्डल 9, सूक्त 96, मंत्र 17 In the Up...
